It’s a banner day in the kitchen project. I will be glad to have a nice shiny new sink by the end of the day. I have a trip planned to Ikea in the morning and will be picking up the shiny new metal sink with the cabinet. I am so looking forward to having that done. It is my Christmas present from my mom. My friend is heading over to the house for the day to help me pick it up and put it in. I can’t wait!
I have been using a sink, borrowed from a friend. It has gotten me through these couple of years, but I will be happy to return it to her. I can’t wait to pull the old cabinet apart, pull the temporary counter down, get the trim up and have a shiny new work space.
I have a couple of parties scheduled in the evening. I hope I can get done with the sink and get to them on time. I have to drop off some packages to be mailed to family and need to pick up a new hair brush. I was drying my hair the other morning and the handle and the brush decided they didn’t like each other any more.
