Turkey day: laundry and Christmas trees
11/28/2002

Quiet night last night, I got the Christmas tree out of the box, yup it’s a fake.

I got the ornaments out and started to work on the tree. OOPS, I bought a bunch of new ornaments and forgot to get the hangers. I had a late nigh trip to Walgreen’s to get an extension cord and the hangers. I need to get an outlet in one little wall in the house. I forgot to get one in that wall when I remodeled a few years ago. The tree is up and it is a Santa theme again this year. I think it looks great.

Talked to Mom last night, she is concerned that I am not going to dinner today with anyone. I just need to have a day with Saba. I have plans tonight to see a friends band. I want to get the lights on the house today and do some yard work. It is a little cold out so I will wait on the outside stuff until it gets warmer.

I need to pack today for my dads birthday party. I am heading to Florida for a few days. We are having his birthday party in the park. Dad has never had an outdoor birthday party. It sounded like fun. I have no idea what I am getting into, Dad just moved to FL and it is my first trip to his new house. I booked a hotel room, a bunch of other family members have already decended on the house.

Your going to wait to do the outside stuff until it gets WARMER?!?! It's the end of November!!! Things are supposed to get COLDER from here on out! But it is central Texas. More bizzare things have happened.
