We are wireless baby!

I had a request from a gust that I install a wireless network at the house so we can both be on the computer at the same time.It has been something I was thinking about for a while, I looked into it and it was a lot cheaper than I thought.
I headed down to the local big box store with ad in hand. I want one of these and one of those. Drop the plastic at the counter, sign the slip and I walked out with 2 nicely packaged boxes. I stopped to grab dinner at the drive thru. I got home, ate and then figured I would be in for hours of installation nightmare. Nope, load a disk, plug some hardware in and Whoosh, we are wireless.
I was surfing the web and watching TV in bed last night. I want to try it outside and see how far I can get but it was pouring last night and it doesn’t look any better this morning. I can see me now, geek girl surfing from the rose garden. Hum, I guess I am a real geek now.
