Ouch, I though that when you went to the chiropractor you were supposed to feel better.

Not today, I went this morning; I was having a little trouble with my back and with my sciatic nerve and wanted to get it fixed up. Well, Doc. V did the adjustment and I feel worse than when I went in.

I know it has been about 3 months since I went, I am about a month late but dam, this just hurts. I was planning on going to a get together tonight but I am going to lie down for just a bit and see if I can get this to feel a little better.

News at the job today, I am going to go part time for the rest of the month, there is just no work. I will be going in at about noon and working until five. It will give me more time for the job search. Yes, I am looking for something new as of the beginning of the year. It was a hard decision, I know the timing stinks, but I just need to make a change. I want a day job, Monday through Friday, weekends off and a few holidays thrown in there. I don’t think it is a lot to ask, but 2 days off in a row would be a blessing. It would feel like a vacation about now.

I did a few interviews this week. I am waiting to hear back from them. I haven’t gotten any call backs so I am going by the no news is good news motto this weekend. I will try not to stress out to badly. I would like to have something lined up by the 2nd of January but if not, a few weeks off would not be a bad thing. I saw on the web today a 4 day trip to Las Vegas for 199.00. It looks good to me! I will wait to book it until later in the month, but if I don’t find a new job, a vacation is in order.

Not much planned this weekend. I plan on attending yoga on Saturday. I am going to H’s graduation from college on Sunday afternoon but that is about it. Oh, the NASCAR awards banquet will be on the speed channel tonight, I might just put my pajamas on, nurse my back, order a pizza and watch TV.
