Paperwork doesn’t get angry, it doesn’t talk back and it doesn’t have maintenance issues.

Wow what a difference from my old routine. I don’t have to answer phones, I don’t have to deal with vendors, I don’t have to listen to sob stories about not paying rent. I just don’t have much public interaction now. It is blissful. Only one change I need to make, I have to go shopping.
I went in for my shift last night; I was dressed in a nice sweater set and a newer pair of jeans and sneakers. Guess what? I got told that I have to wear slacks, no jeans and no tennis shoes. OOPS no one told me that, I guess I didn’t notice in all the time I was there that there were no jeans or sneakers. I am going to head down to the outlet mall today to pick up a few pairs of pants. I just cleaned out my closet and got rid of a few pairs of pants I hadn’t worn in years. To bad I didn’t wait another week, I could have used them now. I guess I have to dress like a grown up now.
Well the year ends at midnight tonight, 2003 wasn’t bad, 2004 should be a lot better. Lots and lots of changes coming up for me this year, I am looking forward to them.
