Robby managed to come in 3rd in the Hershey’s Kisses 300, a nice showing for the initial run of the #55 car. I hope it is a sign of a great season.
Dale Jr. managed to sweep the Daytona 500 and the Kisses races. That was quite a feat for him, Congratulations! I would have to check some records to see how often that happens, but I am too lazy to do it today. I have some other personal issues that have to come first.
I was reading this morning that the Rockingham races are not sold out. With the shift in track dates, the easy access from race central, Charlotte North Carolina, how could that happen? I just don’t get it. It looks to be a good race this weekend, no drafting or restrictor plates coming into play on this track. This will be the true test of the new tire compounds. A true competition this weekend. Stay tuned…..
