I got some great news last night. I am started full time with the local police department yesterday. I don’t know how this all happened, I don’t know how the funding got approved but I am going with the flow.
I popped into work yesterday and the boss lady said she had good news for me. I was to start on a full time schedule as of last night. I managed to get 6 hours in last night and will be working days again. I am in a bit of a tizzy this morning, I am having to rearrange a few appointments and get some laundry done before I head into the office. I need to pack my lunch and get on the bus at 8: 27 a.m. I am not sure what my new schedule will be, it will be days. I need to get with my new manager and sort out the training times and details. He was not in yesterday to get this all sorted out, but should be in today.
This came up a bit quicker that I thought it would, but I am greatly relived. I will be counting my blessings all week and into next.
Out of here for now…. I need to get ready, I am off to work.
