A race filled weekend and it wasn’t me.

Thunder Hill Raceway, Indy 500, Coke 600 and F1’s Monaco Grand Prix.
I think I can get my need for speed filled this weekend. Saturday night into Sunday will be non stop racing. I am watching the weather, we are having showers here in TX and it might affect the local racing Saturday night. Weather is predicted for Indy Sunday and I am not sure on Charlotte’s weather.
I had a nasty 4 ½ hour dental appointment on Wednesday afternoon. I got there at 11:30 got home by 4:30 and felt awful. It has been shakes, soft food and a lot of pain. I have been avoiding this procedure for about a year, but couldn’t put it off any longer. I knew what was coming; I have one more appointment next month to finish it up. Hopefully that will be it for the next 10 or 20 years on this tooth. It doesn’t numb properly. Tired the shots, tried the gas and it still hurt like hell.
Things are a flutter at the office again. I am not the one that caused this problem, contrary to apparent popular opinion. After a grilling and interrogation yesterday morning, I came away without a hitch. So sorry, it wasn’t me. Start looking somewhere else. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I have an educated guess, but not enough proof to point a finger. I felt good, a group of superiors and I could confidently say there is no way it was me. I felt like saying piss off, I want to talk to my union rep., but I am not going to take it personally.
