He is racing in the IRL Race tonight at TMS. He was looking awfully good in practice yesterday afternoon. His car finally came into the lower grove in turn 1-2. I couldn’t figure out if that was him standing on the pit wall after practice. I think it was, but I was just a bit too far away to make sure. Who ever it was, they are quite athletic, great stance on the wall. I did ask him about changing engines yesterday, but he said they didn’t. I couldn’t bring myself to discuss the bull.
I watched the Nascar Truck races last night. I got to the track after hunting down a bank branch that could give me a new ATM card. I took a couple of tires but I have a new ATM card and the debit card is being mailed to the house.
I got a quick laugh yesterday afternoon: My pager went off and I just burst out laughing when I read it. Please make sure the telephones are covered when the Admin. is away. Oops I guess they missed me.
Todd Bodine pulled off a win in the green/white/checkered finish. It was a bit controversial, he spun the leader, Travis Kvapil out with about 14 laps to go. It was just a racing accident, but he got booed when he stopped to take the flag from the stand.
I have a bunch of time to do my running around today. The IRL race doesn’t start until 8:00 with gates at 4:00. I might just have to dream about my new pretend boyfriend. Ah…
