Shut up and drive!

Thanks TNT for Race Buddy! Nice launch, I really enjoyed it!
Listening to Robby on the Trackpass Scanner, it occurred to me he needs to concentrate on driving not trying to run the team when he is on the track. Robby, you know that button for the radio, start thinking about it as a filter: stop and think about what you are about to say. Think all you want, but hush your mouth unless you have something nice to say. The last few races seem like a disaster in the making: between Robby’s lousy attitude, new crew members and the new crew chief, it makes for lots of miscommunication. It adds stress within the team. Short pitting, fuel or tires or both? That’s what you pay you crew chief to decide, not you the driver. Your supposed to give him the information and let him make the decision. Stop second guessing every pit stop: stop demeaning the over the wall crew. They are working so hard trying to make your car better and your not in charge when your in the car.
A 36th place finish in Long Pond, a couple of laps down.
For work and racing, it’s time for a change, its time to get a team attitude back.
