I got some good news and some more questions.
I headed to a specialist yesterday, the really icky things were ruled out. I have another test scheduled for the 25th. I looked on the internet and it doesn’t look like fun, but it isn’t awful. The good news: if I don’t respond to you, it’s not my hearing; I am most likely ignoring you. My hearing is perfect according to the tests. I guess using ear plugs all those years has paid off. Yup, all the concerts, all the race tracks all the other things I do and did when I would put those orange or yellow nubs into my ears worked.
Other than that, things have been quite in my world. I am not doing a lot of activities. A couple of trips to the park with Saba to run him down but that’s all. I think this weekend I will be working on indoor trim again. I want to get a bit more up and done and with the heat down here, the grass is not growing. I think I cut it a bit to short last week; it is looking a bit yellow. I put the sprinkler on so that should guarantee rain.
There is local racing Saturday night, so I will head down and check that out. The bikers are in town for the ROT Rally so I will be staying downtown late tonight. I like to stroll Congress Ave and look at all the motorcycles and the people that ride them.
