OMG I am one of them!

Do you ever see women running into the store in their workout gear?
Yup, I did it yesterday. I was leaving my yoga class and decided since I was only a couple of blocks away; I would stop at the store. You know, save the gas money, wear and tear on the car. I didn’t have a cover up, so I just ambled in. Yes, I was one of them, those ladies in the store. I must have been quite a site.
I headed home to watch the Nascar race on Espn360. I am still so impressed with the coverage. It was great to watch in HD on the computer, the stream was great and I had the scanner program going. The scanner was 3 laps ahead of the broadcast so I know when to look for the yellow flags, when the rain was going to start and when the leaders were going to pit.
It was a slow start, a couple of quick cautions in the beginning of the race. Thank goodness there were no tire issues this week. It was just fast racing and a difficult track. It did turn into a fuel mileage race at the end. Poor Brian Vickers, I thought he was going to get a top 5 this week but that didn’t happen, maybe in Watkins Glen. Congrats to Carl Edwards on the win.
I had hopes for Robby with the practice speeds that were posted, but when it came to race day, it fell apart. He was laps down and struggling all day long. It was a disappointing 37th place with a late race shock change. Come on Robby; let the crew, crew chief and car chief’s do their job. Stop trying to micro manage the whole team.
I saw on the news this morning that the kidnapping situation resolved. I am not sure of the details, looks a little strange to me from the news. The men were found alive in Dallas. I sure don’t want to be in on the debrief.
