Weekend wrap up

Sunday of a long weekend.
I headed off to yoga, lunch a movie and a little music.
I headed to class, not all that positive I could get through it. I put on my work out gear and headed towards the gym anyway. I muddled through the class and on a couple of moves I had to modify them for my ear thing, IT. A couple of postures did get the room spinning, but I just closed my eyes and let it spin.
I stopped after class and had breakfast with a friend. I didn’t indulge much, I thought I had a lunch later on that day, but apparently it was called off due to lack of RSVP’s. I am glad I called ahead; I would have been greatly disappointed and a little embarrassed.
I hopped into the car and headed to the movies: Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
What a great film, I laughed and laughed. I headed to the coffee house next for a little Salsa music. It watched as groups of people danced and had a good time. I didn’t stay long, I didn’t thing IT would work very well with the spinning.
