Ever have one of those moments when you know you are overreacting?
Something is said, it’s a bit out of line but you know the words hit a hot spot? I had that recently and I just can’t figure out where my reaction comes from. I am aware there is something that has been triggered; my reaction is greater than it should be, but I can’t quite figure out the cause of the original trigger. It is causing a lot of friction for me right now.
Budget is causing some bad decisions at the workplace. I watch with wonder and constantly ask myself “what were they thinking?” Thousands of dollars in wasted pay and an expense of $80 is fought over like it’s a precious resource.
Don’t even get me started on the Microwave issue. That's a whole other story....
