09 Speed Week kicks off.

Congrats to Kevin Harvick and crew on the Bud Shoot out win.
I like the short track format of the shoot out, the line up used on the starts and the restarts. It makes for better racing in my opinion. I was watching a few things: the size of the crowd is way down, there were a lot of empty seats especially for speed week. The new sponsors, paint schemes and teams had me a bit confused last night. I am looking forward to the qualifying for the pole today: I should be able to get a better idea of who is where. I know I read about the changes, but I am a visual person, seeing the drivers in the cars with the sponsor’s works for me.
I worked on that web project yesterday: got it up and running. It needs a couple of tweaks, but it will do the job. It is a clean layout, functional and easy to use, so I met my goals.
Off to yoga this morning: It will feel good to stretch out after sitting at the computer most of the day Saturday.
