Festival's over:

back to work.
After a few days off it was back to a desk piled high with papers, paperwork and the responsibility of a JOB. Darn, that was a fun weekend and it sure was nice being out of the office for a bit. TR headed to the airport on her own, I wasn’t sure I could get out of the office to get her there. I muddled through the pile left on my desk, got my logs updated and managed a few minor immediate issues.
After lunch, I was working on locating some old files and found a set of documents that are priceless. I was so excited, I will need to do some copying, cataloging and then send the original off to the history center for preservation.
Last night it was a park run for Saba and a stop at the grocery store. It does feel good to get back into my routine. I managed to get a full nights sleep, something that hasn’t happened with all the activity of the festival. B. is back at the house; looks like he will be staying for another few weeks.
