Confusing Friday:

I need a little bit of clarification.
I got into the office Friday to find a group of people. I saw a tech and said I assume you’re here because there is a case working. The on call detectives were working a case. It was sure the week of weird: the Friday case just didn’t add up. I am not sure what happened, the story was just confusing. I hope there is clarification by Monday. It caused some heated debate in the office, but is showed me that they can actually work together. Not all the detectives were there, but the ones that were did a great job.
I got a bit more information on the re-org: it looks like I am not moving but some other people are. It's just rumor, but I will find out more some time next week.
I headed home to grab Saba up for a park run and a bit of dinner and put myself to bed early. On Sunday morning I got the great growing experiment set by digging up a patch of grass and making a vegetable garden. I have some plants and some seeds started.
I headed down to Thunder Hill Raceway for a chilly night of racing. It was nice when I left the house, but I knew a frost warning was issued for the night and brought my heavy coat with me. Burr… but it sure was a lot of fun. I’ll update later on the races.
I am off to get the oil changed in the car this morning: I am heading out on Thursday Morning for the Nascar races in Fort Worth.
